Yes! The Starter plan gives you full access to all features for 1 year — no credit card required. It is limited to 1 dashboard user, 500 customers, and 500 POS transactions for the trial period. After 1 year, you must upgrade to a paid plan to continue.
What are the limits on the Starter plan?
The Starter plan is limited to 1 dashboard user, 500 customers, and 500 POS transactions for the trial period. Staff are unlimited on all plans. All features are fully available for 1 year.
Do all plans include the same features?
Yes! Every plan — Starter, Professional, and Enterprise — includes all features: Appointments, POS, Thermal Printing, Inventory, Staff Management, Payroll, AI Reports, and more. The only difference between plans is the number of dashboard users, customers, and POS transactions per cycle.
What are dashboard user add-ons?
On Professional and Enterprise plans, you can buy extra dashboard user seats at ₹2000/user/year (billed yearly). These seats are added to your plan limit immediately and are valid for 12 months.
Is there a monthly billing option?
Salontag bills annually (yearly). Monthly pricing shown on the cards is for reference only — it shows what the equivalent monthly rate would be. Yearly billing gives you 2 months free compared to the monthly rate.
What happens if I cancel?
If you cancel, your account reverts to the Starter plan limits. All your data is preserved — nothing is deleted.
How are payments processed?
Indian users are billed in Indian Rupees (₹ INR) via Razorpay — supporting UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets.
